Job summary

ShopFix Academy in Franklin, TN is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to own a dedicated territory and drive membership sales for LITE and PRO, plus cross-sell Sales Fix and Tech Fix training to independent shop owners.

You will manage full sales cycle, build virtual relationships, hit quotas, and collaborate with leadership. This role offers uncapped earning potential with a base salary of 55k–70k and OTE 100k–140k; health benefits and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role, ideally selling remotely/virtually to small-business owners.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly self-motivated with strong personal accountability; ability to work autonomously.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline and activity management.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a dedicated sales territory, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for LITE and PRO memberships.
• Identify and close Sales Fix and Tech Fix cross-sell opportunities within territory accounts.
• Build strong virtual relationships with prospects and customers through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, contributing to revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM to support forecasting.
• Collaborate with fellow territory reps to share best practices and support a strong team culture.
• Partner with the VP on territory strategy, account planning, and go-to-market feedback.
• Represent ShopFix Academy at company events and on-site trainings as needed.
