Stevens Equipment Supply, a member of Daikin Industries, is seeking a high-performing sales professional in the Eagan, MN area. Inside to Territory Sales Manager path, you will learn our products, customers, and industry while driving dealer growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to travel up to 60% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and grow a base of approximately 50 target and core dealers.
• Target and sign-up dealers within the territory.
• Build sales through active communication about new product launches, services, and discounts.
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within branches.
