Job summary

Western Foods Distributing is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Chula Vista, CA to drive sales on assigned routes. You will build relationships with store managers, identify leads, travel to customer facilities, and deliver high-quality service to achieve profitability.

The role requires 1+ years in retail or field sales, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors and indoors. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors visiting customers.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Must be able to carry 20 to 40 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with store managers and decision makers.
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
• Travel to customers and potential customers to provide information and support.
• Meet sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Provide weekly updates to the Division Sales Manager on activities and progress.
