Job summary

Western Foods Distributing seeks a Territory Sales Representative to grow sales across designated routes in the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California. You will build relationships with store managers, district managers, and sales drivers to maximize profitability and ensure service excellence.

The role requires 1+ year in retail or field sales, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; travel and full-time availability are

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years’ experience in Retail or field-based sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors visiting customers using a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with sales drivers, store managers, and key customer decision makers.
• Ensure sales expectations are met while delivering high-quality customer service to various accounts.
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
• Travel to customers and potential customers’ facilities to provide information and support to secure and maintain business.
• Communicate weekly with the Division Sales Manager on activities and progress.
