Western Foods Distributing in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive the growth of sales across assigned routes. The role focuses on building relationships with store managers and key decision makers to maximize profitability.

You will identify leads, travel to customer facilities, present tailored selling plans, negotiate ads, and maintain knowledge of products and pricing. The position requires 23+ years, a valid driver's license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Retail or field-based sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 23 years of age and able to lift 20–40 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with store managers and decision makers.
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
