Job summary

Western Foods Distributing is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Grand Prairie, TX to grow sales across assigned routes. You will build relationships with store managers, identify leads, and drive profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires 1+ years in retail or field-based sales, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Travel and in-store visits are part of the position, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1+ years’ experience in retail or field-based sales.
• Knowledge of basic computer functions (email, internet, Word).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with a professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with store managers and key decision makers.
• Meet sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
• Travel to customers to provide information and support as required.
• Prepare tailored selling plans with deep knowledge of product portfolio.
• Communicate weekly with Division Sales Manager on progress and plans.
• Attend store openings and anniversaries.
