Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage territory accounts in Long Island, NY and New Jersey, supporting the sales team and promoting Cornerstone surface and siding solutions. The role requires heavy travel (up to 75%+) and involves prospecting, qualifying, selling, and developing an account base, including pre-sales and post-sales support.

The US base salary range is $85,000 -$95,000, plus bonus and medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1, plus 401k

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years proven direct sales experience, preferably in building products.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and grows established accounts.
• Service existing accounts and establish new ones.
• Prospect and qualify potential customers; create proposals.
• Conduct customer trade shows and trainings.
• Provide lead generation and follow through.
• Submit annual sales forecast and weekly reports.
