Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales associate to develop a new business book within a defined territory. You will meet owners and managers face-to-face to present supplemental insurance products and services, and you will report progress to your sales manager.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the chance to earn commissions, bonuses, and incentives as you grow your client portfolio in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; study and state fees reimbursed.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries (phone, email, text).
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and grow your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales team to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager; record daily activity.
