Rasa Floors, LP is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ to develop new business and expand their territory within the multifamily flooring industry. You will build relationships with property managers and other decision-makers, conduct site visits, present flooring solutions, and close deals while growing recurring revenue.

The role offers a clear path from Account Manager to Account Executive with a strong commission structure and guaranteed first-year compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and able to independently manage a territory and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within an assigned territory.
• Prospect through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Build relationships with property managers and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits and identify customer flooring needs.
• Present solutions, develop proposals, and close business.
• Grow existing accounts and recurring revenue.
• Manage your pipeline and partner with internal teams to deliver strong customer experience.
