Rasa Floors in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business within a defined territory and build long-term relationships with property managers in the multifamily flooring market.

You will manage a pipeline, present solutions, close deals, and grow recurring revenue, supported by training and an opportunity to earn up to $150k+ as you expand your territory.

• $70,000 guaranteed first-year compensation — $55,000 fixed compensation + $15,000 guaranteed minimum commission

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable prospecting for new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to independently manage a territory and pipeline
• Sales, business development, account management, construction, property management, building materials, or related experience preferred
• High-potential early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory
