Job summary

Heilind is seeking a Customer Business Manager to grow sales in the Southern New Jersey/Delaware territory by expanding existing accounts and developing new ones. The role emphasizes engagement across remote work, utilizing Heilind's lines, services, and resources to become the trusted go-to resource for supply chain and engineering.

You will collaborate with inside support and other departments to deepen customer partnerships, travel to service areas, and meet quarterly and yearly sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of sales/marketing experience in electronics distribution is preferred.
• Industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to service areas to represent the company.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers using Heilind resources.
• Meet branch leadership within 2 weeks to understand objectives and set up progress systems.
• Learn Heilind systems and sales tools within 30 days and introduce top accounts in person.
• Meet supplier reps and account base within 60 days; use CRM and sales tools daily.
