Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Sales Trainee/Merchandiser to manage an established liquor sales territory in West Virginia. You will sell, service, merchandize, and handle territory administration and receivables while promoting products and executing promotions.

Ideal candidates are local to Martinsburg or Charlestown, comfortable traveling within the territory, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. This role includes training to eventually run your own sales route and build strong retailer

Qualifications

Experience in liquor industry is a plus.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and oral communication in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales objectives through territory management, promotions, tastings, and servicing accounts.
Execute merchandising activities: shelf placement, cold boxes, displays, inventories.
Adapt to changing needs and priorities in the Sales Trainee/Merchandiser role.
Travel within the assigned territory to service accounts.
Develop and nurture relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
