• Train new personnel who will eventually handle a sales territory.
• Sell current and new products, promotions, in-store tastings and servicing accounts.
• Merchandise activities: shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays and stocking inventories.
• Flexibility is key to success in this role.
