Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG in Missouri is seeking a Marketing Representative who will increase brand awareness, educate clients about SERVPRO benefits, and support sales goals through in-person and online outreach.

This role requires comfortable communication with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders, plus a Bachelor’s in marketing or business and at least two years of direct sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years direct sales experience.
• Strong process and results driven attitude.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events and continuing education (CE) classes.
• Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities.
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports for your territory.
• Increase territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
