MITER Brands is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager in Simi Valley, CA to drive sales growth and expand market share. You will manage dealer and distributor relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support customers with product knowledge and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in territory/outside sales.
• Experience in building materials, windows or doors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with dealer and distributor accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and drive sales.
• Train dealer sales teams on product features and selling strategies.
