Job summary

Harcros Chemicals Inc. is seeking a territory-based sales professional focused on building strong customer relationships and driving revenue in the water treatment segment. The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional service within an assigned region.

Must reside within 60 miles of Golden, CO, with in-office meetings 1–2 times weekly. Benefits include an ESOP, bonus opportunities, and vehicle allowance for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Prior chemical industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of water treatment chemicals is preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, industrial, and technical customers within a territory.
• Promote and sell chemical products, ingredients, and services to meet sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts via sales strategies.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and process orders with accurate records.
• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve inquiries or issues.
• Support promotions and territory growth objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
