Job summary

DSI Systems Inc., an authorized Brightspeed partner, seeks a Territory Sales Manager in Springfield, MO. You will lead sales performance across stores, onboard RSAs, and drive weekly in-store execution while modeling a high-performance culture.

Required: 2+ years in wireless/internet or multi-unit retail sales leadership; proven ability to hit goals, coach, and analyze KPIs; willingness to travel the Springfield area, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/internet or consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Strong interviewer and coach with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store new-hire training and upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach results.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; address gaps.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with action plans.
• Personally achieve sales each week to model best practices.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts when needed.
