Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and promote Brightspeed Fiber and DirecTV products in a high-traffic location.
• Execute sales strategies to attract new customers and grow market share.
• Educate customers on benefits of high-speed fiber internet and premium TV packages.
• Deliver personalized service while building trust and long-term relationships.
• Maintain compliance and uphold retailer and partner brands’ standards.
