Job summary

Acima LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Frisco, TX to support the Store Manager with account management, sales, and exceptional customer service. The role involves processing lease applications, promoting Acima's leasing benefits, and converting applications from in-store and web orders.

You will collaborate with Acima retail partners to deliver a seamless Leasing experience, drive conversions, and help grow customer relationships while supporting a dynamic store team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Sales/Account Management: Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Customer Service: Promptly address and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores to process credit turn-downs and web orders.
• Review lease applications, promote Acima leasing benefits, and drive conversions.
• Communicate with Store Manager about store and coworker activities and performance.
