What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within the assigned territory
- Consult with prospects and customers as a product, industry, and brand expert to develop business
- Manage a large portfolio of existing accounts while acquiring new distribution and contractor business
- Travel within a multi-state territory to strategically target and acquire new customers
- Maintain an active sales pipeline for selling new products and acquiring new customers/dealers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fencing or the building materials industry
- Knowledge or ability to assist customers in designing and pricing custom-build fence or railing projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to travel up to 50% and lift up to 25 lbs.

- Experience in the building materials industry, specifically fencing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with market pricing strategies and competitive analysis
- Experience working with inside sales teams for customer order fulfillment
