Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. in the greater Pittsburgh area is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to drive growth for the Outdoors brands Larson, Therma-Tru and Fiberon across Western Pennsylvania retailers like Lowe's, Home Depot and Menards.

You’ll build strong relationships with store teams, deliver product training, execute merchandising plans and collaborate with distributors to expand professional contractor business. Regular travel to ~71 locations is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, or equivalent customer-facing experience.
• Retail experience, including big-box environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and delivering product training.
• Ability to travel daily with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Outdoors brands across Lowe's, Home Depot, Menards and other retailers in your territory.
• Build lasting relationships with store associates and leadership.
• Increase sales across Millwork, In-Home and Pro channels.
• Deliver product knowledge sessions and merchandising training.
• Collaborate with distributors and Retail Pro teams to grow contractor business.
• Ensure stores are well merchandised with displays and pricing.
• Manage territory travel and expenses to meet sales objectives.
