As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at our company, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, directly reporting to the Director of Sales. Your mission will be to not only meet but exceed our annual sales and growth targets by executing our sales, marketing, and business development strategies within your designated territory.
In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with our distribution partners to ensure the smooth operational management of sales activities. Your key responsibilities will include cultivating and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective retail partners, employing effective selling techniques to drive growth, and serving as a knowledgeable ambassador for our VICTOR pet foods line.
We're seeking an individual who excels in relationship-building, possesses a deep understanding of effective sales methodologies, and is passionate about educating customers on the unique benefits of our products. While this role demands a minimum of 60% overnight travel, it also offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the pet industry and contribute to the success of our business.
