Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience, preferably with continuity at one employer.
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and top-performer recognition.
• Experience with ADP, Cintas, Paychex or similar firms with established sales training is desirable.
• Medical aesthetics, medical device or capital equipment sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a multi-state sales territory with focus on new customer acquisition and capital equipment sales.
• Develop and execute territory strategy to identify high-potential accounts and expand market share.
• Build a pipeline through cold calling, referrals, networking and in-person visits.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to demonstrations, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand clinical, operational and financial needs.
• Present clinical value, ROI and advantages of the product portfolio.
• Develop relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and aesthetic practices.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline information, and sales forecasts.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
