Bridgeway Partners, Inc. is seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to lead capital equipment sales across a multi-state territory based in Jacksonville, FL. Medical aesthetics experience is preferred but not required; success in B2B sales is highly valued.

You will own a broad sales territory, drive new business, and build a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and in-person visits. The role offers significant earning potential with a strong commission structure and ongoing career growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience with organizations with established sales training programs is highly desirable.
• Medical aesthetics, medical device, or capital equipment sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a multi-state sales territory, with emphasis on new customer acquisition and capital equipment sales.
• Develop and execute territory strategy to identify high-potential accounts and expand market share.
• Build a pipeline through cold calling, referrals, networking and visits.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand clinical, operational, and financial needs.
• Present clinical value, ROI, and advantages of the product portfolio.
• Develop relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas and aesthetic practices.
• Maintain CRM activity, pipeline information, and sales forecasts.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
