Bridgeway Partners, Inc. is partnering with a growing medical aesthetics device company to hire an Area Sales Manager to drive new business development and capital equipment sales across Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will have a history of exceeding sales goals, strong B2B sales experience, and the drive to grow a multi-state territory. Medical aesthetics experience is preferred but not required. This role offers significant earnings potential through an aggressive commission plan.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside B2B sales success with a proven track record.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and awards.
• Experience with enterprise clients and capital equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a multi-state sales territory, with a strong emphasis on new customer acquisition, territory expansion, and capital equipment sales.
• Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify high-potential accounts and expand market share.
• Build a consistent pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, referrals, networking, and in-person customer visits.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand customers' clinical, operational, and financial needs.
• Present the clinical value, practice economics, ROI, and competitive advantages of the product portfolio.
• Develop relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, aesthetic practices, and other key customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline information, and sales forecasts.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
