Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4–10 years related experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Sales management experience in a B2B environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Sales Representatives and oversee territory sales activities.
• Establish quotas and goals for Sales Representatives.
• Hire, counsel, and motivate sales staff as needed.
• Conduct calls with major accounts and prospects.
• Monitor sales trends, profitability, and competitive activities.
• Coordinate with departments to gather product specs and customer information.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales projections.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings and events.
