Job summary

Whirlwind Steel Buildings Inc is seeking a Territory Manager to nurture relationships with current customers and prospects, serving as the primary inside sales coordinator for the territory. You will grow the customer base, manage orders, and ensure accurate processing.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong CRM proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver excellence in service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Proven inside sales experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication to build long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent time management to meet or exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales processes is highly desirable.
• Metal Building Industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed the sales goals for your assigned territory.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding their orders, inquiries, and ongoing projects.
• Input accurate and timely information into the CRM system, following the established CRM Process Guidelines.
• Assist the District Sales Manager in acquiring and onboarding new customers, while ensuring a smooth transition and continued engagement with Whirlwind.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Whirlwind’s product offerings to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
• Uphold the company’s values and consistently deliver on the Whirlwind brand promise.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when keying orders to minimize mistakes and improve operational efficiency.
