Job summary

WillScot is hiring a Territory Sales Manager in Wichita, KS to maximize territory share through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry conversion. You will develop strategic plans for containers, ground level offices, and modular structures, while pursuing a high-volume deal flow and delivering turnkey space solutions.

Expect a data-driven, collab orative environment with a focus on pipeline development, client need alignment, and cross-functional teamwork in an in-office setting.

Qualifications

• High-volume, transactional sales cycle and leasing experience.
• Consultative, solution-selling approach.
• Experience with strategic account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort presenting at all organization levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/Teams).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet targets for Containers, Ground Level Offices, Singlewide and Modular Structures.
• Approximately 40% outbound prospecting, 30% inbound inquiry conversion, balance on account development and in-person visits.
• Identify and prioritize potential customers, industries, and market segments.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
