Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a sales driver; building materials knowledge a plus.
• Strong market knowledge and relationship-building acumen with consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies new sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Maximizes sales efforts by focusing on the most profitable opportunities.
• Improves profitability, product penetration and product mix with customers.
• Qualifies opportunities through market/customer research.
• Develops sales solutions and pricing strategies; communicates value propositions.
• Close sales by obtaining purchase orders and executing fulfillment.
• Provides outstanding customer service to foster long-term relationships.
