Job summary

Pollard Banknote Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand our Arizona lottery retail network. You will build partnerships, train staff on new games, analyze retailer data, and implement promotions to drive lottery sales across the state.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales or retail management, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication. Occasional overnight travel is possible; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing or related disciplines.
• 2 to 5 years' experience in sales or retail management.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive partnerships with designated retailers.
• Analyze retailer sales reports to optimize programs and strategies.
• Plan in-store activities and promotions with retailers.
• Train staff on new game launches, promotions, and incentives.
• Maintain point-of-sale materials and inventory control procedures.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
• Provide regular feedback from retailers to Lottery Sales Management.
