Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and pipeline management. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service, using Salesforce CRM to track performance. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate deals that maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless project execution, and maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a sales strategy focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identify prospects, and convert high-value leads.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and sustain relationships, understand client needs, and utilize Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Monitor industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a solution-based approach to offer competitive pricing and negotiate terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Track sales activities and results using CRM tools.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support team members.
What You Need for Success:
  • Persistent & Driven: Results-oriented with a motivation to meet challenging targets.
  • Customer-centric: Focused on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing time effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales analytics.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year outbound prospecting or relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-20%, primarily for field visits (minimal overnight travel).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume sales cycles; leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
