Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the regional sales team across Iowa and Missouri. This role requires 60–75% travel and relocation to the Des Moines area is encouraged but not required.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business and five years of sales/marketing experience in the agricultural field, including two in leadership roles. Strong market knowledge and a proven sales track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in agriculture or business.
• Five years of sales/marketing experience in an agricultural industry, two in a leadership role.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Demonstrated sales success is required.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts and develops annual sales quotas for territories and projects expected sales volume and profit.
• Consults with customers to understand needs and offers product/service solutions.
• Resolves customer and team issues interfering with sales operations.
• Manages and evaluates sales team performance, including reviews.
• Monitors sales volume, product mix, and pricing in line with market trends.
