Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business required.
• Five years of sales/marketing experience in an agricultural industry, two in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated sales success required.
• English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and develop annual sales quotas for territories and project sales volume and profit by Sales Representatives.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and propose product/service solutions.
• Resolve sales-related issues and manage the sales team to meet goals.
• Lead and evaluate branch managers and sales representatives; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor sales metrics and stay current with market trends and competitors.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential acquisitions with leadership across business units.
