Job summary

You will engage OEMs, manage accounts, and create strategic plans to meet quarterly targets. The role requires 3–5 years of technical sales experience in motion control or related sectors, strong CRM and presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience, including selling to OEMs, ideally within the Motion Control or related sector ( Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Bearings, Robotics, Automation )
• Proven ability in managing sales territories and achieving growth objectives.
• Expertise in CRM tools and PowerPoint presentations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve day-to-day challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% weekly.
• Must have a valid driver's license and state-required insurance.
