Our client is a company that specializes in medical devices for alternative pain management treatments to opioids, providing healthcare professionals with medical technologies designed to support patient recovery. The organization is expanding its presence and is hiring a competitive sales professional who creates business rather than waits for opportunities to appear.
This is a new business development role. Success requires consistent prospecting, disciplined territory management, and the confidence to earn the attention of physicians and other healthcare decision-makers. Once you win an account, you will build the relationship, increase utilization, and continue prospecting for the next opportunity.
If you're a proven salesperson who enjoys opening doors, winning accounts, and being directly accountable for territory performance, this is a chance to build something meaningful.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new business across Indiana and southern Michigan through consistent prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
- Identify physicians, surgeons, clinics, and other healthcare professionals who could benefit from non-opioid pain management treatment alternatives.
- Educate physicians and healthcare professionals on thermal compression therapy, electrical stimulation, and their potential role in patient pain management.
- Conduct physician meetings, educational lunches, product presentations, and other customer-facing activities that support adoption.
- Maintain and expand newly acquired accounts by delivering responsive service and identifying opportunities to increase prescription volume.
- Collaborate with sales leadership while remaining personally accountable for territory execution and results.
