Job summary

Right Coast Medical is seeking driven Territory Sales Managers to expand our nationwide reach of non-opioid medical devices that reduce pain and opioid use. This field-based role focuses on growing your own territory, building provider relationships, and delivering in-home patient support.

This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earnings. You will educate providers, conduct product demonstrations, and own your sales journey with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential.

Typical earnings range from:

$60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs
• Frequent driving and local travel
• Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments
