Job summary

Right Coast Medical seeks driven Territory Sales Managers to expand nationwide. This is a 1099, commission-only role with uncapped earnings and no base salary.

You will build relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams while growing your own territory and delivering non-opioid recovery devices to patients. Key tasks include provider relationship management, in-home support, product demonstrations, and ongoing follow-up.

Qualifications

About the Role

This is a field-based sales role focused on:

• Territory growth
• Provider relationship management
• In-home patient support and device delivery

You are not simply selling products. You are helping providers improve patient outcomes without relying on opioids.

What You’ll LOVE Doing

• Building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams

• Conducting lunch-and-learns and in-office product demonstrations
• Personally delivering devices to patients and training them on proper use

• Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential.

Typical earnings range from: $60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs
• Frequent driving and local travel
• Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments
