Job summary

Crane 1 Services seeks an experienced Sales Hunter in Columbus, OH. This role targets industrial clients with a proven track record in outside B2B sales and a drive to dominate markets.

You will quote, prospect, and generate leads, set on-site appointments, and deliver tailored presentations that improve uptime and safety for customers. Competitive base salary plus aggressive commission and full benefits are offered.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Quoting, Prospecting & Lead Generation Cold calls, warm leads, customer outreach—your territory is your playground.
• On-Site Appointments & Introductions Build relationships face-to-face with plant managers, facility owners, and key decision-makers.
• Qualified Sales Presentations Deliver tailored solutions that directly impact our customers' uptime and safety.

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of proven, successful outside B2B sales experience
• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, construction, or MRO sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-up and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM platforms and managing a sales pipeline.
