Job summary

Crane 1 Services in Orlando seeks an elite Sales Hunter to drive outside B2B sales in crane installation, inspection, and repair services. You’ll prospect, quote, and set on-site appointments with plant managers and decision-makers.

You must have 5+ years of proven outside B2B sales, with experience in industrial services a plus. Competitive base $80k–$85k with aggressive commissions, car allowance, benefits, and strong support from an established brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven, outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, construction, or MRO sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-up and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, prospecting & lead generation across territory.
