Job summary

Crane 1 Services in Oklahoma seeks a high-performing Sales Hunter with 5+ years of outside B2B success to join our industrial services team. You will quote, prospect, and nurture leads, build relationships with plant managers and decision-makers, and deliver tailored presentations that boost uptime and safety.

We offer a competitive base salary of $80k–$85k with an aggressive commission structure, a car allowance and gas card, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven, outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, construction, or MRO sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-up and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, Prospecting & Lead Generation; cold calls, warm leads, outreach—territory management.
• On-site appointments & introductions; build relationships with plant managers and decision-makers.

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of proven, successful outside B2B sales experience

• Experience using CRM platforms and managing a sales pipeline.
