Numotion, North America's largest provider of mobility products and services, seeks a Territory Manager of Specialty Accounts to lead a sales team across the complex rehab technology industry. You will coach SAMs, recruit talent, and develop strategies to grow market share and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, CRM proficiency, exceptional communication, and ability to navigate a matrixed organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading, mentoring and/or coaching others.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of Specialty Account Managers to achieve/exceed sales goals.
• Hire, develop and manage performance of the sales team with coaching and support.
• Oversee field ride-alongs and provide experiential learning opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow new and existing accounts.
• Represent Numotion at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain long-term growth.
