Job summary

Numotion, North America’s largest provider of mobility products and services, is seeking a Specialty Account Manager in Florida to build referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician offices and other healthcare providers while expanding access to CRT solutions.

You will travel up to 60% of the time, conduct account visits and educational in-services, and partner with ATPs to support patient mobility and business growth in untapped markets.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Strong ability to develop territory and key accounts.
• Experience with CRT/DME or Medicare documentation is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

We are seeking a Specialty Account Manager to join our growing team. The Specialty Account Manager is responsible for developing referral relationships with healthcare providers and growing business within untapped markets by connecting patients with life-changing mobility and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) solutions.

Pay Range: $45,000 to 60,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

What you will be doing:

• Prospect new leads and develop referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers.
• Educate healthcare professionals on Numotion's mobility and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) solutions.
• Develop relationships with key clinical decision-makers and referral sources throughout your territory.
• Conduct account visits, presentations, and educational in-services to grow awareness of Numotion's products and services.
• Build internal relationships with Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) within Numotion.
• Partner with ATPs and internal teams to support patient mobility needs and business growth.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within untapped markets.

What we are looking for in you:

• Experience within the DME, Complex Rehab Technology, Home Health, Pharmaceutical or Wound Care fields preferred.
• Background in Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred
• Solid sales experience, including strategic territory & account planning experience
• Understanding of Medicare Documentation preferred
• Presentations with creativity & independence
• Minimum one year within an outside sales role required.
• Willingness to travel in vehicle for 60% of day
