Job summary

Envista's Ormco unit is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive Spark Clear Aligner sales in Southern California. You will develop territory plans, build strategic relationships, and work with field teams to onboard new accounts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of outside sales experience, and strong communication and presentation skills. Occasional travel is required; base salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing an outside sales territory.
• Strong command of selling skills with a track record of changing customer’s thinking to be open to new product solutions.
• Strong effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Proficiency in use of sales tools, collateral, and marketing materials to best position the most suitable solution to close sales.
• Time management prioritization skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Close, expand and retain Spark business within assigned accounts.
• Meets and/or exceed assigned quotas and goals.
• Utilizes strategic selling skills and collaborative approach to build relationships and understand customer’s business goals and needs.
• Educates and influences customers and clinical staff to understand unique value and benefit of Spark product line.
• Learns and understand the customer’s clinical practices and patient treatment philosophy and how Spark products address their needs.
• Completes territory analysis and planning on regular basis to prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop onboarding timelines and plans for new customers.
• In partnership with internal teams monitor product utilization to ensure Spark product conversions are implemented.
• Understand and support the company's sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
