Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with current and prospective customers in your district.
• Provide tailored product selection and agronomic solutions to customers.
• Recruit, train, and motivate Seed Representatives in your territory.
• Develop strategies to grow market share and drive demand for Wyffels Hybrids.
• Implement company programs to maximize sales and ROI.
• Share market insights to guide product performance and sales plans.
• Represent Wyffels at field days and district meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments and manage inventory for long-term goals.
