• Proven track record selling capital equipment, surgical technologies, or robotic platforms.
• 7+ years of medical device sales with quota attainment.
• Experience navigating complex healthcare sales with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet sales objectives.
• Identify and advance opportunities within ASCs, hospitals, IDNs, and academic centers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, administrators, and executives.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Deliver product presentations that show clinical and economic value.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and CRM records.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, Training, and Customer Success teams.
• Cultivate key opinion leaders to support market adoption.
• Attend conferences and events to raise market awareness.
• Drive utilization and satisfaction within installed base.
• Provide market intelligence to support strategy.
