Job summary

Rampart IC LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth and clinical adoption of Rampart radiation protection solutions. You will engage physicians, hospital staff, and decision-makers to introduce our Defender, Guardian, and Sentry systems and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in medical device sales or clinical operations, a strong track record of meeting quotas, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales or clinical operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life/Health Sciences, Nursing, or Engineering.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making a difference in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand usage within existing customer accounts.
• Educate and train physicians, nurses, and techs to ensure product adoption.
• Lead product installations and provide clinical support.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Partner with marketing and commercial leadership to grow brand awareness.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Rampart solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers.
