Job summary

Rampart IC, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive adoption of our radiation protection solutions across hospitals and clinics in Oregon.

You will build relationships with physicians, nurses, techs, and hospital administrators to expand usage and ensure excellent customer experience. You will educate and train clinical teams, lead product installations, develop territory plans to meet and exceed quotas, and partner with marketing and leadership to grow brand awareness while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life/Health Sciences, Nursing, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of medical device sales or clinical operations experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand usage within existing customer accounts.
• Educate and train physicians, nurses, and techs to ensure product adoption.
• Lead product installations and provide clinical support.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Partner with marketing and commercial leadership to grow brand awareness.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Rampart solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers.
