Job summary

IPG, a global leader in packaging and protective solutions, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Lumberwrap line to develop regional end-user accounts and support new product initiatives.

You will penetrate market segments, train distributors, and collaborate with pricing and service teams to drive growth while upholding IPG values of safety, integrity and teamwork across the midwestern and southern US markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of industrial sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with distributors and end-user accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate and develop market segments within the region at the end user level.
• Train distributor sales forces and support end-user activities.
• Develop and justify value-added programs and pricing with customers.
• Manage end-user accounts and product trials through sales cycles.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting weekly with accuracy.
