Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to act as the primary commercial leader for an assigned territory. You will manage customer P&Ls, pursue growth, and coordinate internal resources to deliver outcomes across our full product and service portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales with healthcare market knowledge, strong strategic planning, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory. This role offers competitive compensation and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales or account management.
• Experience selling to health systems, IDNs, GPOs or providers preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic account planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Own territory strategy and forecast through CRM and quarterly QBRs.
• Identify profitable growth opportunities across products and services.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver customer outcomes.
