Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to lead commercial efforts in an assigned territory. You will own account planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage customer relationships to drive profitable growth across the portfolio. Strong CRM and analytics skills are essential.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in sales or account management within healthcare or related fields. Travel is extensive; an active driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years of sales/account management or related experience.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing complex customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain dynamics or health system sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory strategy, forecast, and account planning to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver customer outcomes within the territory.
• Manage customer P&Ls, identify profitable growth opportunities, and pursue new business across portfolio.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships and negotiate deals within guardrails.
